At ATS Digital Co., we offer both instant digital downloads and personalized digital products. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Instant Digital Downloads
Products that are available for immediate download cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been downloaded.
Personalized Digital Products
For personalized products, a digital proof will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout for your review and approval before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Dates
- Names
- Colors
- Layout
- Any other personalization details
Once you approve the proof, ATS Digital Co. will prepare and deliver the final downloadable files. After approval, no refunds, exchanges, or complimentary revisions will be provided due to customer-approved errors.
Revisions
Each personalized order includes one complimentary proof review. Additional revisions or major design changes may be subject to an additional design fee, depending on the scope of the requested changes.
Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
- You received the incorrect digital file.
- We are unable to deliver your files due to an unresolved technical issue.
- ATS Digital Co. is unable to complete your personalized order.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong product.
- Failure to read the product description.
- Printer or software compatibility issues.
- Customer-approved spelling, grammar, or personalization errors.
- Expecting a physical item when the listing clearly states it is a digital product.

If you're having trouble accessing or downloading your files, we're happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
