ATS Digital Co. sells digital products exclusively.
No physical products will be shipped.
Instant Downloads
Instant download products become available after successful payment through your Shopify account and/or order confirmation email.
Personalized Products
Personalized products follow the process below:
- Place your order.
- Submit personalization details.
- Receive a proof via email.
- Review and approve (or request revisions).
- Receive your final downloadable files by email after approval.
Final files are not delivered until the proof has been approved.
Delivery Times
Typical turnaround times are:
- Proof emailed within 1–3 business days after purchase and receipt of all personalization information.
- Final downloadable files delivered within 1–2 business days after proof approval.
Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Charges
Since all products are delivered electronically, no shipping fees apply.
