ATS Digital Co. sells:

• Instant digital downloads
• Personalized digital products

No physical products are sold or shipped.

Personalized Orders

Customers purchasing personalized products agree to:

• Provide accurate personalization information during checkout.
• Monitor the email address used at checkout for their proof.
• Review the proof promptly and carefully.
• Respond with approval or requested revisions in a timely manner.

Production of final files begins only after customer approval of the proof.

Delays in approving proofs may delay delivery of the final files.

License

Unless otherwise stated, all products are licensed for personal use only.

Customers may:

• Download and print files for personal use.
• Print multiple copies for personal use or gifts.

Customers may not:

• Resell digital files.
• Share or redistribute files.
• Upload files to another website or marketplace.
• Modify designs for resale or commercial use.
• Claim ATS Digital Co. designs as their own.

Commercial use is prohibited unless a separate commercial license is provided in writing.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, templates, digital files, and designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of ATS Digital Co. and are protected by copyright law.

Color Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary depending on monitor settings, printer calibration, paper type, and ink quality.

Limitation of Liability

ATS Digital Co. is not responsible for printing results, customer-approved personalization errors, or damages arising from the use of any purchased digital files.
